Staying at the Lodge was an unforgettable experience with breathtaking mountain views and a tranquil atmosphere once the daytrippers left. The rooms were comfortable but could use a refresh, and the dining was excellent across all meals. Although service was solid, it could be improved during busy times. Overall, the location is absolutely stunning, making it worth the price despite some minor downsides.

Emerald Lake Lodge is set in a breathtaking location with stunning views of the emerald lake, making it a beautiful getaway. However, the experience was marred by service shortcomings and dated accommodations. While there were some positives, like the ample breakfast options and friendly staff, the overall value for the price paid left much to be desired, especially given the state of the rooms and the quality of the beds.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were a bit dated and in need of a refresh, though clean and comfortable enough for a getaway. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable, which impacted our sleep.

The hotel is in a stunning location right on the shore of Emerald Lake, which is breathtaking. However, the quality of the accommodations and service left much to be desired, especially considering the price. Our experience was marred by unclean rooms and poor dining service, making it hard to recommend this place despite its beautiful surroundings.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms have a rustic charm but are in dire need of upgrades and proper cleaning. Our suite had a lingering smell of smoke, and various issues with maintenance were evident.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right on the lake with breathtaking views that provide a peaceful experience. However, it's frustrating that the property itself doesn't match the beauty outside.
Dining

Emerald Lake Lodge offers stunning views right by the lake, but unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms leave much to be desired. While the location is absolutely breathtaking, and the main lounge has a nice atmosphere, the outdated facilities and inconsistent service can be a letdown. The potential for a relaxing getaway is overshadowed by the issues we encountered during our stay.

The room we stayed in was old and not well-maintained, with hair in the bathroom and dirty carpets. It failed to provide the comfort we expected for the price we paid.
